Thank You!

I am not going to drag this out. I will be posting the content from my head, aka my thoughts, that I wrote down soon. However, I did not want November to end without making a post. This post is dedicated to everyone who reads my content and to the vaccine volunteers.

To my readers and visitors, thanks so much for visiting this site and taking the time out to read the things that I have posted. I am very appreciative of each and every one of you. From reading what I say here or from following me through FB, Twitter, IG; thank you. I appreciate each of you. I want to be able, one day, to engage live so everyone can get to know me more.

My next batch of thank you’s goes to the G.O.A.T.’s: all of the individuals that signed up and participated in the vaccine trials. My family and I say thank you so much for volunteering. Each of you took a risk with your own health in order to see if it would be a viable option for others. I understand that many of you may not think of yourselves as lifesavers, but you truly are. In my book, all of you deserve all of the thanks due to you.

Thank you!

WhyNetta

I’m WhyNetta—the woman behind Life With No Breaks.

I didn’t set out to build a platform. I set out to survive, to heal, and eventually, to understand myself more honestly.

For many years, my life revolved around being strong for everyone else—raising children, holding things together, and navigating relationships that required me to shrink in order to keep the peace. After experiencing narcissistic abuse and the unraveling that followed, I reached a point where continuing as I was simply wasn’t an option. Healing became a necessity, not a trend.

Life With No Breaks grew out of that season—not from perfection, but from reflection. It became a place where I could process real life in real time: parenting, rebuilding stability, breaking generational cycles, managing fear and faith side by side, and learning how to choose myself without guilt. Writing and speaking became tools for clarity, accountability, and growth—not just for me, but for others walking similar paths.

Today, I approach life with more intention and less urgency. I believe in growth that’s honest, faith that’s grounded, and healing that doesn’t require performance. I’m still learning, still rebuilding, and still choosing better—one decision at a time.

This space is a reflection of that journey.
