Celebrity Apprentice: White House Edition

I am really trying not to touch politics… so let me just ask this:

Is it me…

Or does it feel like we’re all part of some kind of reality show?

Like seriously—did we accidentally sign up for this?

Did we check the wrong box somewhere and end up in this instead of just filling out the census?

Because nothing about this feels normal anymore.

Watching everything unfold…

The unrest.

The tension.

The way it feels like gasoline is being poured on an already burning nation…

It’s hard to watch.

And what makes it even heavier is this:

I understand why it’s happening.

I’m watching and listening as leadership responds.

Hearing threats of force.

Hearing language that feels less like protection…

And more like control.

And from where I’m standing, it feels like the message is simple:

“Be quiet.”

“Fall in line.”

“Stop making noise.”

But the problem is…

The noise didn’t come out of nowhere.

It came from years of being unheard.

Years of being uncomfortable.

Years of watching things happen over and over again with no real resolution.

Yes, the property damage is real.

Yes, it’s unfortunate.

Yes, it hurts to see.

But let’s be honest for a moment.

That damage?

It can be repaired.

Insurance can cover buildings.

Stores can reopen.

But lives?

Lives don’t come back.

And for some of us…

This level of discomfort?

This isn’t new.

This moment might feel shocking to some…

But for others, it’s just visible now.

So forgive me if I’m not moved to tears over corporations.

Because I’ve seen what happens when people are treated as if they matter less.

And that doesn’t come with a reimbursement check.

There’s something else that needs to be said though.

Whether people are ready for it or not:

Change is coming.

Not slowly.

Not quietly.

And not in a way that can be ignored anymore.

The pressure has been building for far too long.

And now?

It’s reached a point where something has to give.

What we’re witnessing isn’t just reaction.

It’s a shift.

And while fear is being stirred…

While emotions are high…

While everything feels uncertain…

This moment is also revealing something important:

People are done accepting things the way they’ve always been.

The question now isn’t whether change is coming.

It is.

The real question is:

What kind of change will it be?

And who is willing to listen long enough to help shape it?

Because right now…

“We the people” are not whispering.

We are speaking loudly.

Clearly.

And collectively.

The old way of doing things?

It doesn’t feel sustainable anymore.

So instead of trying to silence the voices…

Maybe it’s time to finally hear them.

WhyNetta

I’m WhyNetta—the woman behind Life With No Breaks.

I didn’t set out to build a platform. I set out to survive, to heal, and eventually, to understand myself more honestly.

For many years, my life revolved around being strong for everyone else—raising children, holding things together, and navigating relationships that required me to shrink in order to keep the peace. After experiencing narcissistic abuse and the unraveling that followed, I reached a point where continuing as I was simply wasn’t an option. Healing became a necessity, not a trend.

Life With No Breaks grew out of that season—not from perfection, but from reflection. It became a place where I could process real life in real time: parenting, rebuilding stability, breaking generational cycles, managing fear and faith side by side, and learning how to choose myself without guilt. Writing and speaking became tools for clarity, accountability, and growth—not just for me, but for others walking similar paths.

Today, I approach life with more intention and less urgency. I believe in growth that’s honest, faith that’s grounded, and healing that doesn’t require performance. I’m still learning, still rebuilding, and still choosing better—one decision at a time.

This space is a reflection of that journey.
